We’re just 35 days out from the conference now. So here’s an update for those of you who have already registered, or are thinking about it.
Registration will remain open until Friday 9th Feb 2024 - the last Friday before the conference begins. If you’d like to register, click here.
We’ve added a news update section to the conference Home Page. You’ll be able to find all the news and updates there. Link
We’ve added a draft programme/timeline for the conference to the site, too. Link

Planning the Conference Programme
The window for abstracts has now closed, and we’ve got an amazing collection of 110 critical, radical and thoughtful presentations planned over the three days.
One of the innovations with this conference is that the presenters are partly building the programme.
They’re currently reading the full list of abstracts and deciding which ones they want to buddy with. That will help us to build our streams.
They have one more week to do this before we take their requests and begin formulating the programme proper.
This is doubly important because every presenter will have 40 minutes to present. To accommodate this, we’ll need to run lots of concurrent sessions.
Presenters can also present their work in any way they want. So knowing in advance which presentations you want to go to will make a big difference to your enjoyment of the event.
We’ll post the full programme on the website on 2nd February 2024, including abstracts, so you can start doing your research.
COVID mitigation
COVID continues to be a blight, and with so many people coming from around the world we are taking great care to protect you.
It’s summer time here, so we’ll encourage everyone outside during breaks.
We’re providing everyone with face masks, RAT tests, and hand sanitiser will be everywhere through the building.
And we’ll be asking people to mask up indoors and test daily during the conference.
We’ve also got a dedicated staff member to act as a concierge if anyone needs to suddenly change their plans.
We can’t stop COVID, but we’ll do our best to protect you while you’re here.
