David, thank you so much for all your work... This presentation is very touching and is a true inspiration for me! I have been working in Russia, St.Petersburg for 18 years as a home-based neurological PT for people after CVA, TBI, SCI etc.
I have seen so many people who didn't have access to professional neurological physiotherapy. Many of them died because of that or their quality of life was lowered dramatically ... For my country revolution in physical therapy is badly needed!
